Established in 2007, 3F30 Architects is a proud member of leading industry organizations, including the AIA (American Institute of Architects), and actively participates in various regional chambers. Our Principal Architect, Bryan Ruoff, holds architectural licenses in Missouri, Kansas, Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Florida, Michigan, and Texas, along with NCARB certification for multi-state licensing. He also possesses real estate sales licenses in Missouri and Kansas, in addition to being a member of CSI (Construction Specification Institute) and NAR (National Association of Realtors).

3F30 Architects was incorporated in 2007. 3F30 is a member of the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce, Platte County EDC, Platte City Chamber, Smithville Chamber, Parkville Chamber, AIA (American Institute of Architects). Bryan Ruoff is Architecturally licensed in Missouri, Kansas, Florida, and Michigan, is NCARB certified (able to license in most any state) and has his real estate sales license in Missouri and Kansas. Bryan is also a member of CSI (Construction Specification Institute) and NAR (National Association of Realtors) and has a LEED AP certification.
