Bryan C. Ruoff

AIA, CSI, Leed AP, CDT, NCARB

Bryan has obtained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years.  The foundation of his architectural journey took root during high school and early collegiate years.  During this time, he worked as a draftsman for a commercial building company that specialized in subterranean earth sheltered homes.  Additionally, he was a draftsman for a log home company and laborer for Twin Oaks Construction.

Bryan’s work experience diversified.  In the early 1980’s, he helped establish New World Mortgage, a residential loan organization and obtained his real estate license for Missouri.  Rounding out his experience prior to 3F30,  he owned a Taco Via in Bridgeton, Missouri as well as Paradise Enterprises Remodeling.  During his time with Paradise Enterprises Remodeling, he was also a residential and commercial contractor. All these aid in providing a service and relating to clients when assessing a project’s needs.

He graduated from both Graceland University and the University of Kansas.  Architectural firm experience was gained at Wickham and Jarvi Architects.  In 2007, he started up 3F30 Architects. Once again, diversification has played a key role in his experience.  Some personal national clientele include:  Applebee’s, Blockbuster/Hollywood Video, Church’s Chicken, CVS, Heartland Dental, Jack in the Box, K-Mart, Phillips, Sinclair, Subway, Texaco, Total, and Wendy’s. Many projects, including regional and local, have led to lasting relationships.  Nonetheless, Bryan is also passionate of helping new clientele who have not experienced the architectural process to make it as smooth as possible. With his experience, he is able to provide insight and streamline the steps needed for a successful build.

All this is compounded by architectural and community organization involvement. He has held leadership positions within some organizations.  He served as treasurer for the Kansas City chapter of AIA and president of both the Lawrence branch of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) and KCCSI (Construction Specifications Institute.  Various certifications/accreditations obtained include LEED, CDT (Certified Documents Technician) thru CSI, ACP (Accredited Commercial Professional/CRE), and CR (NARI Certified Remodeler).  A current list is on “About Us” page.
