Project highlights:
The congregation wanted ADA/handicap access into the building and between floors. Multiple design and plan options were presented, each with construction cost estimates. The building was constructed on hollow core slab and new and existing openings in the floor were part of the design considerations. An elevator was added to the floor plan and the existing interior stair was relocated greatly improved. The ramp and stairs were integrated into the new building addition providing a much safer path in inclement weather. The addition extended across the front of the building to provide a new pastor and general office space and conference room.
