Meiners Convenience Store, Car Wash, and Future Restaurant is in South Lee’s Summit. It is 6600 square feet total with 3800 square feet dedicated to the Convenience store operations. This project was an upgrade from the traditional style of franchised operations. The client has a tradition of building comfortable, multi-tenant facilities and this was a hi-bred of previous client projects and the amenities generallyfound only in corporate store facilities. The security glass was designed to hang and pocketinto a wall so that the daytime counter was open and without tracks. Custom cabinet work and solid surfacing materials compliment the carefully selected tile floor. The fueling canopy columns received masonry to match the store and car wash. This Project was designed and managed while Bryan was employed at Warman Design Group Architects, PC
