This is the newest addition of the many Xpress Marts in the KC metro. There was signification formal planning process required on this site. It is a full masonry building providing a long lasting, durable building that also provides quality visual material. The design includes bold raised parapet detailing and 6’ high roof parapets to screen the equipment on the roof. It incorporates the curb-less sidewalk entry. The building was designed for two future tenant spaces.
