The owners were moving from another town and were not familiar with the more cumbersome permitting requirement of KCMO. 3F30 provided the construction and permitting documents and assisted them through the whole process and now the local neighborhood is VERY happy. Ask for the square donuts with the round hole…..in front of the Coves Neighborhood on Barry Rd.
