Platte Purchase Park is in the southern part of Platte County and is home to various recreational activities in the area. The ballfield was in dire need of a concessions and restroom building to serve those using the fields. Collaborating with a firm based in the western part of the country, 3F30 served as local support to help navigate the project process. The firm provided the prototypical design for the building. 3F30 handled the on-site placement, required modifications for the location, and coordinating the permitting process with the City. The result is a successful construction that will benefit everyone visiting.
