This site is in the Kansas City northland on a parkway. It was approved for fueling before the road was made into a parkway, but went through the Final Plan process after the Parkway. So there was much effort to coordinate and compromise during the process. Scheduled for completion in early 2025. The C-store is 4000 SF and there is an attached Jack In The Box restaurant. This site is also scheduled to have EV charging stations.
