Project highlights:
This is a great example of a before and after project. The original building was a century-plus combination of three old downtown buildings. The back area was a converted into a residence. The floor needed to be leveled and repaired. Several beams above and below needed to be repaired and replaced. It was a significant change of use. The entire mechanical system was replaced. This project went through a 1st phase design study provided by 3F30 to get an idea from the design team of what would be required in the project and for construction budgeting purposes. This was done as part of the Strickland Construction contract.
