4000 SF new building, Beach Volleyball Courts, 100’ tall Zip Line Several projects were involved in the complex that involves Power Play on Barry Road. The Master plan and the city planning process for the Beach Volleyball complex eventually included the Cart Pit Building addition, the Sand Box Bar and upper deck area, and the 100’ tall zip line tower.
