Xpress Mart 24 Hwy

The original project was a small under canopy kiosk station that was getting good business from cars and heavy diesel vehicles. 3F30 provided preliminary consulting services that included site planning and construction budgeting. From this the decision was made to do extensive controlled fill on the site and make the 22’ drop in elevation behind the original store a productive building pad capable of supporting the new 3400 sf prototype building. Even with this added area there were many site plan studies done to maximize the parking and make the fueling movements for the separate fueling canopies work with the thru traffic to the store and tanker deliveries. Also involved in the project was coordinating what the city of Sugar Creek and MoDOT wanted on the curb cuts and landscaping. The project was competitively bid and completed in March 2011.
