It combines the recent Xpress Mart brand prototype along with multiple tenants under one roof . Each tenant is highlighted by the exterior design. This is partly created by mixed materials at various depths. Additionally, elevated parapets of stucco designate tenant entry and ample sign space. Xpress Mart – Leavenworth Road maintains the signature red awnings that provide a visual pop against the earthy tones. The end result is eye catching and draws consumers. Beyond the building and brand, Xpress Mart maintains a good neighbor policy. Existing trees to the south were maintained providing residential property screening. Also, considerable retention areas were designed to direct water away from neighboring property.
Three businesses occupy the building. Approximately 3,800 SF of the building is the main convenience store. A multitude of products are available on the quick. The liquor store is roughly 1,700 SF in size. It is connected to the convenience store on the interior and expands beverage selection. Furthermore, the connection between the 2 spaces is strengthened by interior finish and design. Lastly, a tenant space on the south end is devoted to a carry out restaurant.
