This project was a major remodel. Construction scheduling was done in 3 phases to reduce store downtime. The original ceiling was only 8′ high so the hard ceiling was removed from the bottom of the existing wood trusses and lights were hung between the trusses to open up the space. A SPF foam roof was added above to eliminate the need for insulation in between the trusses. Before and after pictures show the significant upgrade possible when a little time and thought go into the design strategy. Very little additional cost was incurred to provide this look aver traditional convenience store finishes. The project was competitively bid and completed in 2010.
