Bryan C. Ruoff

Bryan started his firm, 3F30 Architects in 2007. He has been working as an architect for about 30 years and before opening 3F30, he began his career working for Wickham and Jarvi Architects. Prior to that he owned Paradise Enterprises Remodeling that was closed in 1994 to launch his architectural career. In the early 1980s he was trained in residential loan origination (New World Mortgage) and held his real estate license in MO. Bryan attended Graceland University and the University of Kansas where he received his B.Arch degree. He owned a Taco Via in Bridgeton, MO. In high school and early college he worked for an underground home and commercial building company and also was a draftsman for a log home company. Bryan is an active member of the architectural and construction communities. He has served as the past president of both Lawrence NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) and KCCSI (Construction Specifications Institute). Additionally, he was the past treasurer of AIAKC (American Institute of Architects). He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards). He was one of the first to receive his LEED AP (certification of the Green Building Council), CDT (Certified Documents Technician by CSI), and ACP (Accredited Commercial Professional/Remax), and CR (NARI Certified Remodeler). Bryan has worked as an architect for a multitude of corporate entities including Texaco, Phillips, Sinclair, Total, Wendy’s, Applebee’s, Blockbuster/Hollywood Video, CVS, Heartland Dental, and K-Mart to name a few. However, he is also passionate about helping the new owners that have never gone through the process get from start to finish.

Deven Miller, NCIDQ #025390

Deven Miller has been with 3F30 since 2018. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and has over 20 years of professional experience. In 2009, she earned certification through NCIDQ. She has worked on a variety of project types throughout her career. Some examples include government (military, correctional, and judicial), healthcare (dental offices, health departments, long term care facilities), business (banking, office, medical, retail), entertainment (movie theaters, restaurants, and casinos), and residential (single and multi-family). She has experience in construction administration, review, and punchlist. Deven’s experience goes beyond the selection of finishes and furnishings, her capabilities help clients spatially envision their projects from start to finish.

Kelsey Ruoff

Director of Marketing & Business Development
Kelsey brings nearly a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and project management to 3F30, where she leads the firm’s branding, outreach, and business growth initiatives. She holds a B.A. in English from Truman State University, an M.B.A. from Park University, and is a graduate of the Denver Publishing Institute. Her career spans higher education, digital marketing agencies, and the hospitality industry—including hotels, fine dining, and live music venues—giving her a well-rounded perspective on client experience, storytelling, and strategic growth.

Kathy Ruoff

Kathy graduated from the University of Kansas in 1987 with a degree in Accounting.
